Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Brand Advertising Specialist to design, execute, and manage targeted advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's identity. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration with various departments to enhance brand awareness and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advertising Campaign Management
- Strategically plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as X (Twitter) and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize ad spend and improve campaign outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign elements, such as ad copy, targeting, and creatives.
- Brand Strategy Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with the company’s branding goals.
- Develop comprehensive brand plans that include content creation, market positioning, and digital strategies.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
- Content and Campaign Optimization
- Oversee content updates, ensuring all materials adhere to branding guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Continuously refine marketing approaches based on trends, audience feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments, such as marketing, creative, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of branding strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced advertising or creative services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, particularly X (Twitter) and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong technical expertise in online campaign execution and performance analytics.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in branding, social media management, or digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
- Experience in visual content creation and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Background in strategic planning and cross-functional project management.
