Job Overview:
A Social Media and Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating content that aligns with the brand's goals, and engaging with the target audience across multiple platforms. This role blends creativity with analytical skills to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the brand’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Set clear goals (brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement) and metrics to evaluate success.
- Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and original content (videos, images, blogs, infographics, etc.) aligned with brand values and target audience preferences.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy for posts, stories, and ads.
- Branding & Messaging:
- Ensure content and social media campaigns are on-brand, maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Adapt brand messaging for different platforms and target groups while maintaining a cohesive voice.
- Audience Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries from followers in a timely manner.
- Engage with influencers, bloggers, and other content creators for partnerships and collaborations.
- Foster community growth through engagement and interaction.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns (engagement, impressions, reach, etc.).
- Regularly report on social media and content performance, and adjust strategies as needed based on data insights.
- Collaborations & Campaigns:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create campaigns that align with larger marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for social media campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns (if applicable).
- Content Optimization:
- Perform A/B testing on content to determine what resonates most with audiences.
- Optimize content for SEO, including keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Experiment with new content formats, such as live videos, podcasts, or augmented reality experiences.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (internships or freelance experience may also be considered).
- Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required (spoken and written).
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- advanced knowledge of photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create engaging visual content with an eye for design and detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
