About the Company

Asset Homez International Properties is a rapidly growing real estate company in Dubai. We specialize in luxury property sales, marketing, and investment consultancy. We are seeking a Branding Manager who will strengthen the brand identity, lead marketing execution, and ensure our brand message is consistent across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
• Lead marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and creative concept development.
• Collaborate closely with design, social media, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, website, ads, and digital platforms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve branding strategies.
• Manage external agencies (design, printing, production).
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for social media, digital advertising, and property branding.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Branding Manager/Marketing Manager (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong creative sense and proven experience in brand development.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding projects, or marketing work (PDF/Link required).
• Must be fluent in Hindi and proficient in English.
• Must be available in Dubai for interviews and immediate joining is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
