Branding Specialist

About Us:

Innovex Agency is a creative powerhouse based in Dubai, specializing in commercial photo/video production, branding, website development, 3D, and CGI. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Branding Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping, maintaining, and enhancing our brand identity across all touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with creative execution, ensuring that our brand stands out in a competitive market and connects meaningfully with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across campaigns, social media, websites, and offline materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to inform branding strategies.
• Support in the creation of compelling brand assets (logos, templates, pitch decks, marketing collateral, etc.).
• Work closely with the Social Media and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency in digital and print content.
• Monitor brand performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with rebranding projects, product launches, and client-specific brand activations.
• Ensure that all communication aligns with brand values, positioning, and business objectives

Requirements:

• 3+ years in branding/strategy (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
• Solid research + analytics skills (competitive, audience, category).
• Clear, persuasive writing and presentation skills.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely and managing deadlines.
• Must speak Arabic and english

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
