Breakdown Technician- Heavy duty Truck

Accountabilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical systems in heavy-duty trucks and equipment.

Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve mechanical complaints engines, transmission, axles and other automobile mechanical components. Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance, and repairs to all vehicles in a safe, timely and professional manner and return vehicles to operational service & Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to ensure high-quality repairs Keep detailed records of all repairs and services performed, ensuring compliance with company documentation standards. Adhere to HSSE policies for all tasks. Complete all assignments on time and report all work to workshop line supervisor/service advisor.

Knowledge and skills :

Mechanical knowledge of trucks, related components and functionalities. The knowledge of spare part, troubleshooting, maintenance work in professional workshop environment. Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. UAE driver’s license is required Experience: Minimum of 6 years, in the fleet workshop, catering for HD Trucks and Equipment. Education Minimum High School diploma / ITI in Automotive courses required

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
