About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to perfection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in food presentation to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow cooks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Passion for food and a commitment to quality and presentation.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
