Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with enthusiasm, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish food and supplies, and maintain attractive displays.
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food service equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing.
• Manage food handling responsibilities safely in accordance with food safety regulations; operate POS systems like Aloha or Micros for transactions.
• Clear tables, bus tables efficiently, and support catering or banquet setups as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction throughout breakfast hours.

Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
• Background in food handling, catering, or restaurant service enhances your candidacy.
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform cleaning duties diligently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary considerations is beneficial.
• Previous roles in hospitality such as host/hostess, banquet server, or café staff will support your success in this position.
