Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service
• Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer any questions about menu offerings or dietary options
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Assist with food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for guest transactions and billing
• Support catering or banquet events by setting up breakfast displays and assisting with meal service as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for breakfast service

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred; kitchen experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food handling regulations
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable
• Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings, including barista or culinary roles, is advantageous
