Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
• Greet guests warmly, provide attentive service, and address any special dietary needs or requests with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Replenish buffet items promptly, monitor food temperatures, and handle food with care following food safety protocols
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service areas, including arranging utensils, condiments, and beverages
• Support catering or banquet events by preparing and serving breakfast options in accordance with event specifications
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Experience serving in buffet or banquet settings preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards necessary for maintaining quality standards
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Background in hospitality or catering enhances ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Dietary aide or food industry experience beneficial for understanding dietary restrictions and safe handling practices
