Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide information about menu items.
• Monitor food inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of breakfast items.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance guest relations.

Skills

• Proficiency in food handling practices to ensure safety and quality.
