Duties

• Set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, and condiments, ensuring everything is attractive and well-stocked throughout service
• Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, following food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, buffet stations, and all public areas.
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly guest relations to enhance their experience
• Manage food handling responsibilities with care, including portioning and serving dishes efficiently using proper knife skills and culinary techniques
• Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals and ensure the dining area remains inviting and organizedQualifications
• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles such as host/hostess or dietary aide is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction abilities
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
• Experience with meal preparation, coffee service, or barista duties is a plus
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as bussing tables or cleaning kitchen equipment effectively

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
