Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
• Set up breakfast buffet or dining area, restocking supplies as needed to maintain an appealing display
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate special dietary requests with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when necessary
• Monitor buffet stations for freshness and replenishment, ensuring a consistent guest experience
• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages
• Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Background in hospitality or restaurant operations enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
