Duties

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them in selecting breakfast options while providing excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, beverages, and other menu offerings, adhering to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, napkins, and food items to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
• Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as needed to uphold high standards of food industry excellence
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient catering or banquet-style breakfast setups when required

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Experience serving or preparing food in restaurant or catering settings
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and handling procedures within the food industry
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Previous banquet or catering experience enhances your ability to manage large groups efficiently
• Dietary aide or similar experience related to food handling and dietary accommodations is advantageous
