Breakfast Attendant Job Description

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for the preparation, presentation, and overall cleanliness of the complimentary breakfast area. We are looking for an individual who is team oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service while ensuring all food and cleanliness standards are met.

Requirements include:

• The ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
  Prepares and sets up the breakfast area in accordance with brand and company standards.
• Prepares, heats, and replenishes food items including, but not limited to eggs, meats, waffles, cereals, breads, and beverages.
• Ensures all food items are properly stocked, displayed, and maintained throughout the breakfast service period.
• Maintains cleanliness of the breakfast area including tables, chairs, counters, floors, and serving stations.
• Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner and assists with any questions or requests.
• Monitors food quality and ensures proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
• Breaks down and cleans the breakfast area after service including all equipment, utensils, and food storage areas.
• Removes trash and transports waste to designated disposal areas.
• Assists with inventory and restocking of breakfast supplies and notifies management of any shortages.
• May assist with light food preparation and other public area cleanliness as needed.
• Need a valid food handlers permit
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Schedules are subject to change weekly
