Duties:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Prepare and replenish food items such as pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages
- Operate cash register for guest transactions
- Clear tables and clean up breakfast area during and after service
- Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
- Utilize OpenTable or similar software to manage reservations and seating arrangements
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using knives for food preparation
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
