Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Make coffee

Skills

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable
• Strong communication skills coupled with excellent guest relations abilities
• Ability to perform basic cooking tasks such as meal preparation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Customer service experience in food service settings such as restaurants or cafes is preferred
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
