Duties

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive customer service throughout breakfast hours
• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, beverages, and light snacks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, and food items promptly to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast buffet or serving stations in accordance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely delivery of breakfast offerings

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or banquet settings
• Experience in serving guests in a fast-paced environment demonstrates strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential for maintaining high-quality service
• Previous catering or banquet experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to handle large groups efficiently
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation enhances your versatility in this role
• Dietary aide experience or background in the food industry provides valuable insight into special dietary needs and food handling practices
• A background in hospitality or restaurant environments will support your success in delivering exceptional guest experiences
