Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Set up breakfast stations efficiently, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and organized for smooth service
• Assist guests with their selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, adhering strictly to food safety standards and regulations
• Replenish buffet items promptly during service hours and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely setup, service, and cleanup of breakfast areas
• Support catering or banquet functions as needed, helping with food presentation and guest service

Skills

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience serving guests in a restaurant or catering environment
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols
• Ability to handle food safely and responsibly in compliance with health regulations
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Hospitality background that emphasizes attentive service and guest satisfaction
• Basic food handling certifications or willingness to obtain them prior to start date

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
