Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations with a variety of fresh foods, beverages, and condiments to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Serve guests promptly and courteously, addressing their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food service areas, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Replenish food items as needed, ensuring all offerings are fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations.
• Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest preferences safely.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours and handle guest inquiries efficiently.

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable, especially in breakfast or buffet service environments.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and dietary accommodations ensures safe and responsible service.
• Barista experience or background in restaurant or food service establishments will be advantageous.
• Previous banquet or catering experience helps in managing large groups efficiently.
