Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and standards are met.
• Serve guests with a friendly attitude and refilling buffet items.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies throughout your shift.
• Monitor food safety protocols diligently, handling food properly to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during breakfast hours and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel valued and comfortable.
• Experience serving food in various settings, including restaurants, catering events, or banquet halls.
