Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring food safety standards are met and dietary preferences are accommodated
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of breakfast areas, dining spaces, and guest rooms according to health regulations
• Assist with food preparation, presentation, and replenishment during breakfast service
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, cleaning guest rooms, replacing linens, and restocking supplies
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
• Manage food handling procedures with attention to hygiene and safety protocols
• Support catering or banquet events as needed, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-organized

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food industry roles such as fine dining, restaurant service, or catering is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or banquet settings enhances your suitability for this role
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Hospitality or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Barista experience or background in the food industry can be beneficial for engaging with guests effectively
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible hours as required
