Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and flair to meet our high standards.
• Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure quality and presentation.
• Manage food handling procedures to maintain safety standards and prevent cross-contamination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
• Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and serving them promptly to guests.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper knife skills, sanitation practices, and temperature controls.

Skills

• Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings.
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services.
• Exceptional knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
