Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn & Spa is a family-owned boutique inn nestled on 60 peaceful acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. We are seeking a dependable, hospitality-minded Breakfast Cook to help create memorable experiences for our guests each morning.

Position Summary

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts for inn guests while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and delivering warm hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast for inn guests
• Execute chef-designed menus and daily specials
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies
• Keep kitchen clean and organized throughout service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with prep work, dishes, and kitchen closing duties
• Work closely with inn staff to provide an exceptional guest experience

Schedule

• Primarily mornings (typically 6:00 AM–11:00 AM)
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Positive attitude and heart for hospitality
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn & Spa has been welcoming guests since 1987 with a mission of providing rest, renewal, and genuine Smoky Mountain hospitality in a Christ-centered environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
