Breakfast Cook

We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast and Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality dishes according to our menu standards — with consistency, speed, and great presentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock all stations with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before each shift
• Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, portioning meats, cracking and whisking eggs, etc.)
• Cook breakfast items with a strong emphasis on eggs prepared in sauté pans — scrambled, over easy, omelets, and specialty brunch dishes
• Operate grills, flat tops, fryers, and ovens efficiently and safely
• Monitor food quality and cook times to ensure consistent execution
• Plate dishes attractively and promptly for service
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen throughout the shift
• Properly store and rotate food products
• Assist with restocking and prep as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or breakfast cook in a busy kitchen
• Expertise in cooking eggs — must be confident with high-volume egg orders and sauté technique
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment, cutting tools, and cookware
• Solid understanding of grilling, sautéing, frying, boiling, and baking methods
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail under pressure
• Ability to follow recipes and sanitation standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods

Compensation

Pay rate is based on proven skill and performance — we value experience, speed, and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
