We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast and Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality dishes according to our menu standards — with consistency, speed, and great presentation.

Responsibilities
- Set up and stock all stations with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before each shift
- Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, portioning meats, cracking and whisking eggs, etc.)
- Cook breakfast items with a strong emphasis on eggs prepared in sauté pans — scrambled, over easy, omelets, and specialty brunch dishes
- Operate grills, flat tops, fryers, and ovens efficiently and safely
- Monitor food quality and cook times to ensure consistent execution
- Plate dishes attractively and promptly for service
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen throughout the shift
- Properly store and rotate food products
- Assist with restocking and prep as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or breakfast cook in a busy kitchen
- Expertise in cooking eggs — must be confident with high-volume egg orders and sauté technique
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment, cutting tools, and cookware
- Solid understanding of grilling, sautéing, frying, boiling, and baking methods
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail under pressure
- Ability to follow recipes and sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Compensation
Pay rate is based on proven skill and performance — we value experience, speed, and consistency.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
