Breakfast Cook – Crowne Plaza Hotel

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team as Line Cooks or Prep Cooks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing quality dishes, supporting the kitchen team, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and gathering necessary items

• Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality

• Follow established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards

• Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and served promptly

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleaning schedules

• Assist with catering events and special food preparation as needed

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience as a line or prep cook is preferred, but not required

• Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills

• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

• Effective time management and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
