Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

• Assist in menu planning by suggesting daily specials or new breakfast options based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area to meet food safety standards.
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Support catering events or special breakfast functions as needed, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy mornings.

Experience

• Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food safety protocols.
• Proven restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in breakfast or fine dining settings, is preferred.
• Strong culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife handling.
• Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation processes within the food industry.
• Experience in food service roles that require excellent customer interaction skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
