Job Summary:

As a Breakfast Host, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests as they start their day. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests are greeted with a smile, seated promptly, and that their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will manage reservations, organize seating arrangements, and collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Organize seating arrangements to optimize space and guest comfort.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any daily specials or promotions.
• Liaise between guests and the kitchen/serving staff to ensure timely service.
• Keep the host stand and lobby area tidy and organized.
• Answer phone calls courteously, handle inquiries, and manage reservations.
• Address any questions or concerns guests may have, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with the restaurant staff to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure smooth operations.
• All other job duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:
