Job Description:
We are looking for a cheerful and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Holiday Inn in Houston. This role involves ensuring our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area according to hotel standards before guests arrive.
• Prepare and replenish a variety of food items including hot and cold dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area throughout service.
• Ensure all food is served at safe temperatures and in compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and restock items as necessary.
• Greet guests, provide excellent customer service, and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, surfaces, and dining areas post-service.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures, especially those related to health, safety, and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; we will train the right person.
• Must have a friendly and outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending or stooping.
• Flexibility to work weekends with potential for early morning shifts.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must comply with local health regulations, including any necessary food handler certifications.
