We are accepting applications for part-time weekend breakfast host. This position is mainly for weekends with occasional weekdays as needed. A current food handlers certificate is recommended. Hours are 5am to 12:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Buffet Management: Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast items (e.g., eggs, waffles, pastries, coffee, juice) throughout the service hours.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and assist with special requests to ensure a positive, welcoming environment.
- Sanitation & Cleanliness: Clear and sanitize tables, wipe spills, empty trash, and mop floors, adhering to health and safety codes.
- Inventory Control: Monitor food supplies, restock items, and track inventory to minimize waste.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food handling, sanitation, and safety policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift, carry, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Availability: Must be available for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Requirements: A food handler certification is recommended.
