Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables with friendly professionalism
• Take accurate breakfast orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of menu options and specials
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests, adhering to sanitation standards
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and food safety practices to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations
• Use reservation management platforms like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest flow during busy hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry
• Experience with food preparation, bussing, serving, cashiering, or host/hostess duties is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
