Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Breakfast Server to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our morning guests, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring they enjoy a fantastic breakfast experience. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and eager to create a positive atmosphere while efficiently managing food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service during breakfast hours.
• Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions smoothly with cash handling skills.
• Assist in food presentation and ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Clear tables promptly, bus tables when needed, and support kitchen staff with basic food prep or bussing tasks.
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation tools to manage guest seating efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, adhere to food safety regulations, and follow sanitation protocols.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles will help you excel in guest relations.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy mornings with multiple tables and orders.
• Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and basic math for cash handling.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
