Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to food safety protocols
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Clear tables efficiently, bus dishes, and assist with kitchen or food preparation tasks as needed
• Manage guest inquiries about menu options, restaurant amenities, or special requests with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, ensure proper sanitation practices, and follow all health regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy breakfast hours
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable
• Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus for supporting food preparation when needed
