Mon-Fri-6am-10am

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly as they arrive for breakfast service, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently
• Serve food and drinks with professionalism, upselling menu items when appropriate to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed, ensuring timely delivery of breakfast items in a fine dining or casual setting
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with precision
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy breakfast hours while providing exceptional guest relations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially with breakfast or brunch service
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic food safety practices within the food industry
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
