Breakfast Server, C&S Table - Full-Time

Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of the Dallas with 301 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space. The 18-story new-build hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences with care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have strong menu knowledge and confidently offer recommendations from our selection of cuisine and drinks. In addition to creating a memorable restaurant experience through engaging service and casual conversation, servers will also assist with host duties, preparing and delivering in-room dining orders, and ensuring timely and polished service to our guest. Other responsibilities include general restaurant setup, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and supporting overall service operations.

Open availability is required, including AM shifts (6AM-12PM), weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous customer service experience required
• Open availability required, including AM shifts (6AM-12PM), weekends, and holidays
