Breakfast Server/Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
• Adhere to food safety standards while handling kitchen areas or food service tasks.
• Assist with food preparation and service when required, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations in the facility.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and supply tracking.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food industry standards is advantageous.
