Breakfast/Lunch Front of the House Team Member

Multi role position.

Daytime hours - Closed evenings.

• Show up on time and ready to work in proper uniform
• Is able to remain positive and calm under stressful conditions
• Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, and clearing of any food and/or beverage items

Demonstrate sense of urgency

• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials for guest awareness
• Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
• Confirms accuracy of order delivered to guests

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests
• Greet and thank guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and make suggestions
• Accurately enter and complete guest orders
• Handle cash payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Clean and maintain guest areas, including dining room, counters, and bathrooms
• Stock paper goods, condiments, and beverages
• Accurately package and present guest orders
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Capabilities Requirement:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
• Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing may be required
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
• Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing
• Ability to observe and respond to the environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations

Pay: $500.00 - $1,300.00 per week
