Breakfast/Lunch Server - Earth

Join the team at Earth at Hidden Pond, an award-winning farm-to-table restaurant tucked into the serene woods of Kennebunkport, Maine. We are seeking a friendly, attentive Breakfast/Lunch Server who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable daytime dining experiences. In this role, you’ll guide guests through our thoughtfully crafted menus, deliver warm and engaging service, and help set the tone for a relaxed yet refined start to their day. Essential Job Functions:

• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion
• Needs to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused with constant interruptions
• Understanding of hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management as it pertains to the selling of food and beverages
• Responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels for all events
• Continually strive for sales growth by having ongoing knowledge of all current menus
• Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging. Anticipate your guest’s needs
• Set the tone for success with a positive attitude and sincere enthusiasm
• Engaging in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
• Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
• Be a good example while working alongside team members
