Brewery Bartender

We are a fast-paced brewery taproom seeking an experienced, energetic bartender to join our team. If you’re passionate about craft beer, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy creating great guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Leadership experience is a plus. Knowledge of the craft beer industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment for guests and team members
• Pouring draft beer and serving canned beer
• Preparing cocktails
• Verifying guest age requirements (RAMP certification required)
• Processing payments using POS system
• Stocking take-out coolers and maintaining inventory levels
• Providing friendly, positive, and attentive customer service
• Supporting team members during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and taproom, including wiping surfaces, cleaning glassware, sweeping/mopping, and completing opening/closing side work

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience required
• RAMP certification (must have or obtain before start date)
• Availability Wednesday–Friday evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Leadership experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $25.00 per hour
