Summary:
The primary function of a Brewista is to cultivate kindness with every customer and fellow employee. The guest is our main focus, and we always have genuine interactions with open body language and a smile! A Brewista is responsible for following the established operation procedures during any given shift. This position is classified as a non-exempt, hourly position. Brewistas report directly to the Stand Manager. A Brewista must be fully proficient in all Brewista responsibilities. A Brewista supports the stand by modeling the required behaviors throughout the shift so the integrity of our values, product, and service are maintained throughout each shift. A Brewista exemplifies our values and culture every day, and is a reliable, team member that can handle stressful situations. The Brewista reports to their Stand Manager directly. All positions begin with a 6-month probationary period.
