Conduct fittings and coordinate with alteration teams to ensure perfect garment tailoring.
Maintain detailed records of client appointments, preferences, and purchases.
Stay up to date on current bridal fashion trends, designers, and seasonal collections.
Ensure the showroom remains organized, elegant, and visually inspiring.
Handle sales transactions and assist with inventory management of gowns and accessories.
Offer empathy and reassurance during what is often an emotional, high-stakes decision-making process.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and joyful client experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in bridal, fashion retail, or luxury customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
