Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate

Job Overview
As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for brides-to-be and Quinceañeras as they select their dream dress. You will provide personalized service, guiding clients through the selection process while ensuring that their unique preferences and needs are met. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping others celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their vision and preferences for bridal attire.
• Provide expert advice on dress styles, fabrics, and accessories to enhance the bridal experience.
• Assist clients in trying on dresses and provide feedback to help them make informed decisions.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including product displays.
• Conduct product demonstrations as needed to showcase various bridal accessories.
• Supervise junior staff members during busy periods to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to facilitate orders and deliveries.
• Stay updated on bridal trends and inventory to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred; experience in grocery stores or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for fashion and an understanding of bridal trends is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during peak wedding seasons.
