Bridal Host (Entry-Level Wedding Industry Position)

Are you looking to break into the wedding and event industry? We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Bridal Host to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in the wedding business while working alongside our Director of Sales and event team.

Position Overview

The Bridal Host plays a key support role in both sales and event execution. This position requires strong administrative skills, a warm and professional personality, and a sharp eye for detail. You will assist with guest tours, support office operations, and help ensure our brides feel cared for and celebrated on their wedding day.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet prospective clients prior to meeting with the Sales Director
• Assist with administrative and office support tasks
• Support the bride on her wedding day
• Set up the bride’s personal décor and special items
• Shuttle the bride to various locations on the property as needed
• Capture photos during events for submission to our social media team
• Provide general support to the Director of Sales

Schedule

• Friday – Sunday
• 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Additional hours and occasional schedule adjustments may be available depending on event activity.
• Weekend availability is required.

Compensation

• $20 per hour
• Reports directly to the Director of Sales
