1. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
2. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
3. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
4. Develop service procedures, policies and standards
5. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
6. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
7. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
8. Oversee daily operations
9. Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
10. Apply hygiene practices
11. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
12. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
13. To track the orders placed and delivered to ensure that the daily reports are generated to maximum accuracy.
14. To ensure that the movement of outfits takes place
15. To ensure that the outfits are kept in best conditions and that every effort is made to prevent any damage.
16. To ensure that client feedback is communicated to the line manager so that better understanding of market can be attained.
17. To carry out additional tasks assigned in case of shows, shoots and key clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
