Position: Bristo Breakfast Attendant | Part Time

Job Summary: The Bistro Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the preparation, presentation and clean-up of the morning breakfast service, maintaining a sanitary work area, and for conducting oneself in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare and set-up the breakfast area in a timely manner before opening hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
• Restock food and supplies as needed.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all breakfast area surfaces, including tables, counters, chairs, and equipment, to meet health and safety standards.
• Assists in kitchen duties as needed, such as, but not limited to food prep, cooking, cleaning the kitchen, dish washing, sorting silverware and other duties may be assigned.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order prior to using.
• Use proper cleaning techniques accordance with OSHA, adhere to health department sanitation and safety regulations.
• Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Report concerns to Supervisor and Hotel Management.
• Adherence to emergency preparedness procedures.
• Assist guests and fellow team members as needed.
• Maintain guest confidentiality
• Lead by example
• Actively promote and adherence to the Ayres Culture of Caring, Core Values and Mission Statement.
• Assist in maintaining a good work environment. Report conflicts immediately to your Supervisor and the Hotel General Manager.
