Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified British National tutor to provide in-home, face-to-face tutoring for a Year 7 student following the British Curriculum in Mathematics and Science.

The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with the UK education system and experience teaching Key Stage 3 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and engaging lessons in Math and Science (Year 7 – British Curriculum)
• Support with homework, coursework, and exam preparation
• Identify learning gaps and tailor lessons accordingly
• Track academic progress and provide regular feedback
• Create a positive, motivating, and disciplined learning environment

Requirements:

• British National (Must) Please do not apply if you are not one
• Proven experience teaching British Curriculum
• Strong expertise in Mathematics and Science
• Previous experience as a private tutor or school teacher
• Excellent communication and student engagement skills
• Patient, dependable, and professional
• Must be able to travel for in-home tutoring sessions in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent UK teaching qualification

Job Details:

• Mode: In-person (home tutoring)
• Schedule: Flexible (to be agreed with family)
• Compensation: from AED 140 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED140.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
