What you'll do:

• Lead from the front by consistently performing in-field while setting the standard for work ethic, activity levels, and closing ability
• Coach and develop team members through ride-alongs, in-field training, and real-time feedback to improve performance and conversion rates
• Monitor individual and team KPIs (knocks, contacts, closes) and hold reps accountable to daily and weekly targets
• Assist in onboarding and ramping new hires, ensuring they are set up for success within their first 30–60 days
• Foster a competitive, high-energy team culture that drives accountability, consistency, and results
• Act as the primary point of contact between reps and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals
• Track and report field insights, including customer feedback, objections, and competitor activity, to inform strategy
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting high-potential candidates

• Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
• Exhibits confidence, professionalism and a drive to succeed
• Reliable vehicle for commuting to and within assigned territories
• Final candidates will pass a background check
• Broadband sales background is preferred but not required
