Broadcast and Digital Marketing Producer

Position Summary:

The Broadcast and Digital Marketing Producer reports to the Director of International Ministries. He/she will work closely with the International Television Production and International Communication teams to enable the ministry to further its goals and objectives through international broadcasts and digital media outreach.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results
  • Create and/or modify compelling content tailored for different international English audiences
  • Evaluate success of campaigns based on key metrics
• Serve as Producer for International English Television Broadcasts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather pricing, graphics, and audio for the International Television Production team, supporting daily UK programs and weekend broadcasts across all regions (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, etc.)
  • Develop and manage promotional calendars and ad spot schedules for English-language TV airing outside the U.S.
• Support Broadcast and Digital Strategy, Promotion, and Effectiveness
  • Assist the Director of International Ministries in evaluating the reach and impact

of international programming

• Oversee the programming and scheduling of Canadian radio spots
• Coordinate promotions for key international broadcasts across digital, print, radio, and partner channels (e.g., Why the Nativity?, Why the Cross?)
• Track and report on promotional performance, audience response, and campaign ROI to inform future broadcast/digital strategies

• Ensure Legal & Cultural Compliance
  • Research and understand local broadcast laws, standards, and viewer preferences in each region
  • Make informed programming recommendations to the Director based on regional insights

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in Christian Ministry
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, superior communications skills (verbal and written), discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment
• Self-motivated with the desire to and ability to act independently
• Incredible attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer and software applications (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departments
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A belief in and a thorough understanding of biblical stewardship
• Need to exude a passion for and understanding of God's Word

Other:

• Position is non-exempt, full-time at Turning Point International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA
• The expected salary for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
