We are seeking a talented Lead Cook to join our culinary team at Colts Neck Inn Steak House. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing meal preparation, ensuring food quality, and leading kitchen staff to deliver outstanding dishes that delight our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation processes.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a broiler cook, in a restaurant or steakhouse setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
