We are currently hiring a Broker-Client Relations Paralegal to join our team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Broker-Client Relations Paralegal to support our Director of Broker and Client Relations. This role is responsible for managing all phone and email client communications, while serving as the primacy contact between the Director and internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Field all client communications via phone and email, keeping them apprised of their application and funding process.
  • Reach out to law firms for necessary case documents and other relevant information to finalize funding requests.
  • Deliver timely and accurate funding updates to claimants inquiring about the status of their case.
  • Work closely with brokers and their staff to quickly and accurately review new leads.
  • Central point of collaboration with the Director and internal teams, including but not limited to Underwriting, Operations, and Servicing.
  • Create, submit and qualify leads by collecting essential information and assessing eligibility.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive interactions and addressing inquiries.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed, contributing to overall operational success.

EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the personal injury field.
  • A strong understanding of case management and client relations in a large law firm setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • A desire to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment, where your contributions have a direct and meaningful impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of accurately inputting and updating client information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
