We’re looking for a Broker Development Manager who’s passionate about expanding our footprint through the broker channel, developing new storefronts and deepening partnerships with existing ones to unlock significant growth opportunities.

This is a high-impact, field-facing role where you’ll be the face of our brand to brokers across the country. You’ll travel to meet partners in person, attend car shows and industry events; bringing energy, insight, and support to every interaction. You’ll be joining a small, scrappy, entrepreneurial team where the sky is the limit in terms of responsibility and ability to grow. Additionally, this role offers the flexibility of remote work.

This role can be done hybrid or fully virtual from anywhere in the continental US. Our office is located in Mt Laurel, NJ.

Compensation:
$65-80k/yr depending on experience level

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Growth Through Relationships: Build and nurture broker relationships to grow new business premium and increase share of wallet with existing partners
  • Broker Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new brokers to expand our storefront presence in key markets
  • In-Person Engagement: Conduct regular virtual and in-person visits to train, support, and energize broker partners
  • Sales Enablement: Demonstrate the value of our TreasureGuard policy and provide hands-on portal training to help brokers quote and bind with confidence
  • Event Activation: Represent the brand at car shows and industry events to generate leads, build awareness, and strengthen broker relationships
  • Marketing Support: Help brokers connect with automotive enthusiasts in their local markets through co-branded marketing and promotional efforts
  • CRM Excellence: Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to document interactions, track progress, and deliver exceptional follow-up and service
  • Territory Management: Own your territory’s growth goals and execute a strategic plan to meet or exceed new business premium targets
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel (peak travel season March-October)
  • Enthusiasm for networking and relationship-building within the collector car and insurance communities
  • Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in P&C insurance sales or broker development preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Dynamics experience a plus)
  • Collector car insurance experience is a bonus—but passion for the space is essential
